Director, Program Management and Transformation – Telecom (OSS/BSS)

Job Description

The company is hiring for Director, Program Management which is a critical multi-dimension role. Experienced Director Program Management Office and transformation with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry. 

Provide leadership and management for the planning and delivery of major BSS/OSS IT Transformation programs, including providing direct management and guidance to program and project managers and all related process, and ensure the successful delivery of Transformation programs and projects and in accordance to their planned timelines, business requirement & scope, and budget and in line with the overall IT Enterprise Architecture and security guidelines.

Establish and maintain effective Program delivery governance to ensure successful management and delivery of the Transformation programs, including development of effective operational and executive reporting, tracking,  risks management, change management, resource management, cost and budget management, and through effective regular communications channels with all stakeholders. 

·       Develop, Implement, and maintain all related policies and procedures, including program management, change management, risk management, program governance and control. 

·       Manages vendors and outsources and leads joint teams’ engagement, ensuring thorough reviews documentation and acceptance of vendor deliverables. 

·       Develop reports and dashboards and communicate frequently with executive management, different stakeholders and steering committees and effective propagation of information.

·    Navigate complex program and vendors relationships and implementation challenges successfully 

Engage in the development of new RFx include providing required support for RFx Requirements, Scoping, Pricing and Budgeting, Delivery Planning & Scheduling

Skills

·       Masters or bachelor’s in either Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer/electrical/Electronic/telecommunications Degrees.

·       Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry

·       Minimum of 6 years of program management experience, managing IT Programs and Projects within BSS/OSS domains preferably covering CRM, Billing, Fulfillment, Assurance and Provisioning.

·       Overall experience of 12+ years

PMO, IT BSS/OSS Transformation Program Management, Digital and Business Transformation, Team Leadership, Budgeting, Financial Controls, Requirements Definition, Governance, Commercial Vendor Selection & Contracting, Customer Needs Analysis, Change Management, Performance Management. 

Extensive IT Transformation PMO Management skills, skills in defining program strategy and planning, business scope, technical requirements, budget planning and management. Excels at delivering complex Telco Transformation programs.
