Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Consulting and support for managers in human resources-related matters
- Assessment of manpower needs and supervision of recruitment, recruitment of employees and training of employees
- Responsibility for preparation of job descriptions and employment contracts
- Development of human resources policy and follow-up such as employee interviews and employee monitoring, assistance with wage calculation and variance analysis
- Participation in equal pay certification and audits
- Communication with employees in workshops
