• minimum 8 years with 3 years of leading a team • at least 5 years working within Dubai, handling HR operations, immigration, recruitment, employee engagement and branding initiatives, payroll and L&D initiatives

15-18kAED/month

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consulting and support for managers in human resources-related matters
  • Assessment of manpower needs and supervision of recruitment, recruitment of employees and training of employees
  • Responsibility for preparation of job descriptions and employment contracts
  •  Development of human resources policy and follow-up such as employee interviews and employee monitoring, assistance with wage calculation and variance analysis
  • Participation in equal pay certification and audits
  • Communication with employees in workshops

  • previously worked in the technology industry
  • excellent UAE Employment Law experience
  • drafting policy documents, contracts, and agreements
