Responsibilities
- Office management
- Employee Paper filing / documentation and maintenance including but not limited to Scanning, printing, editing documents as per need
- Coordination with local vendors when needed to support global functions outside of Germany (services including payroll and accounting, talent recruitment agencies, legal and immigration teams)
- Coordinating with the GEO HR for employee hiring coordination
- Managing Employee Onboarding
- Facilitating the employees dispute resolution for the GEO HR
Qualifications and Skills
- Good MS office skills
- English & German language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Multi-tasking experience
- Other general office and admin experience including but not limited to office, employees & customer transactions, event management, etc.
- Bachelors degree
